Host a Private Candle Party

I've hosted a lot of these lately — most recently in Hardwick and Mineral Hills — and every single time it turns into the same thing: a room full of people who came for a candle and left with a really good couple of hours. That's kind of the whole point.

This isn't a craft class where you're wrestling with hot wax and hoping you don't burn yourself. The candles are already poured. All you're doing is making the outside as good as the inside — decorating your own vessel with mod podge and dried flowers, at your own pace, with your own people, for whatever you're celebrating (or just because you wanted a reason to get everyone in one room).

How it works

  • Format: Up to 2 hours. Pre-poured candles, zero mess — you're decorating the vessel with mod podge and dried flowers, then letting it dry.
  • Price: $60 per person, which includes your own candle (up to a $30 value) in whatever scent you want — seasonal or one of my signature blends, just ask.
  • Group size: Minimum of 5 people. No real maximum — tell me how many and I'll tell you if we need a bigger table.
  • Where: I travel to you, or we figure out a space together. Your living room, a rented venue, wherever makes sense for your group.

Bridal showers, bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, divorce parties (yes, really — and honestly some of the best energy I've seen in a room), work events, or just a Tuesday because you and your friends need a night that isn't a group chat about whose turn it is to plan something.
