Refund policy

Candle Return Policy:
All candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles for hygiene and safety reasons. Once a candle has been purchased and used, we cannot accept it back for a refund or exchange, unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If an item is damaged the item will be replaced for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value. All refunds will be given in for form an a Pearl & Company E-Gift Card.
